NOTHING Report Abuse
Employees are paid and not rewarded. This internal game running aside usual work routines is needlessly troublesome interference. "If the employer knows how to appreciate a job well done by an employee" This task will fall onto the employee or best case some off extremely awkward thereby denying the employee an authentic identity of loyalty and achievement. It opens the gateway for employees to be punished for things outside of their job role.
