It is important to remain fit during pregnancy, and for low-risk pregnancies you can do just about everything you could before! Some things to keep in mind are to keep heart rate at a moderate level, always consult your OB or midwife before beginning activities, and always stop when you feel you have had enough. Don't over do it!

An enjoyable form of exercise right through your entire pregnancy! It feels to good to be almost weightless towards the end of your third trimester! Swimming also doesn't put any extra stress on your joints.
