This was Toyota's falgship sportscar with bulletproof reliability and the perfomance numbers to put anything near its price range to shame. This car has a cult following because of its aftermarket support to easily put down supercar numbers with minimal investment. Increase the boost and airflow with bolt-ons and it performs reliably with the likes of the Porsche 911 TwinTurbo.

When Nissan introduced this car in 1990, it set the bar for affordable sports cars with 300hp. It was easily tunable to over 400hp with mere bolt-ons.

While racing the same car on the 401 in TO back in "76 we both started being chased by a couple of sleeper cop cars at 2AM. We ran for about 2 - 3 miles then decided to pull over and I'll never forget how visibly shaking thr cop was who pulled me over! He had a real hard time just writing me up a ticket I'm guessing because it's the 1st time he'd ever driven that fast. If I hadn't worried about him maybe having my plate number there's no way he would ever have caught me. I'd just past 160 on the speedo when I realized he was about a mile behind me; what a blast. Thare was also no other traffic at that time of night or it would've ended a lot sooner also.

The Fastest car Aston Martin has made. Also the most expensive. $1.5mil.+. Only 77 were made. A middle-east man bought 11 of them. One would ask, WHY?

this car will easily do 150mph. And its such goood quality, 'cause you can easily get a 2000 one for under $6000. even $1500 for a 1993. it'll kick mustang butt.

the eunos 30x was a small Japanese sports coupe. it has a unique 1.8l 24 valve v6. it may not have the most powerful or torquiest engine here, but it does have the smoothest. due to the V.R.I.S. when you reach 4500 rpm it has a sudden boost of performance with sound which scares away any competitors!!!!....if you want better performance than go for manual. if you want a car with good handling than this car is perfect. although it is a front wheel drive its supple suspension, light weight and small size gives it good handling. not just good handling but best in its class handling, handling so good for a front wheel drive that you can in fact drift with it. with its good performance in speed and handling it has a body to match, with a smooth design, low stance and a sculpted spoiler. this car has room for 4 people and has bucket seats. overall this car has excellent performance, a nice design and room for 4 people.all that for just $ 4000 to $12000. now thats what you call a good sports car.

Shouting just got louder... and shoutier. It's one of the nicest cars, possibly the 7th best car on earth in my opinion, with 0-60 in 3secs, 202mph top speed, V10 engine with 550bhp and 5.0l capacity...but it's the size of a V8 and weighs the same as a V6. It's carbon fibre, very light, one of the nicest things of all time, has a computer game-like revometer(a normal one won't keep track of the way it gains and loses revs) and if you modify it well enough, you'll get 12,000rpm. Not saying the standard 9,000rpm is awful. One downside... it's £340,000.

Its a pure race car for the street and pretty dangerous for newbies. Beats almost any other street car on almost any race tracks. Only disadvantage is the top speed, which must be limited for safety to about 230 to 250. 0-100, 0-60 is about 2.6-2.8 seconds

How was it not on here? It could out drag an Audi R8 V8, and had a 183mph top speed. In 1963. Actually, some guy outdragged a 458 in it.

not on the list but one of the most recognizable iconic cars of the last 40 years. james bond's "submarine car". julia roberts taking the wheel from richard gere in "pretty woman" and the car of choice for super hot sharon stone with two of them in basic instinct. how could this car not be on the list? it competed with and ran with the ferrari's, porchse's and lambo's of the early 80's to mid 90's.

The most underated muscle car of all time will do 0-60 in under 5 seconds stock. My grandpa owned one when i was little. He did alot to it and still do this day was the fastest car i have ever been in.

3.5 Engine at 290HP N/A. A truly remarkable v6 coupe with serious perfromance abilities. The only car comes to mind as in competition Mustang GT v8 and S2000. I didnt see them make it in this list.
