A Christmas Story Report Abuse
You'll shoot your eye out! If there's anyone out there who hasn't seen this movie, it is filled with some of the most quotable lines from any film. All Ralphie wants for Christmas is a red rider bb gun, but the odds seem stacked up against him. Add to that a little brother who is always dragging him down, a friend who gets his tongue stuck to a frozen metal pole, and a pink rabbit suit that his mother forces him to wear ... that's the recipe for a classic Christmas movie.

This movie is like eight romantic comedies in one, tied up with a big ol' Christmas bow.

Ok, this might not be what is typically considered as a holiday movie, but it does take place around Christmas time.

Sure maybe you think Macaulay Culkin gets on your nerves after a while, but it's hard to hate this movie. I mean, c'mon, who doesn't love watching an 8-year-old kid toss around two bumbling burglars in a good old-fashioned Christmas smackdown.

Not that this film is truly classic or anything, but it is one of the few Hanukkah films out there, so it gets on the list by default.
