Ronald Reagan Report Abuse
Considering he was in his 70s for most of his time as president, wow, did he ever look good for that age. Also, photos from his days in Hollywood reveal that he could give Cary Grant a run for his money.

George Washington Report Abuse
Washington was a true nobleman and a legitimate war hero, and that meant something then that it didn't know. Roughly 6'2 he was also HUGE. While he was advanced in years, he represented nearly everything a woman could want in a man at that time.

John F. Kennedy Report Abuse
The best we had before Obama, for sure. Kennedy redefined what a president should look like during the first television debates vs Nixon. However, much of his looks were an illusion, as he struggled with a variety of illnesses throughout his life. Still, pictures of him with his family on their lawns and boats are about as perfect looking as you can imagine.
