Seventh Wonder

Officially my favorite band. Before you down-rate them if you haven't heard of them, I sincerely encourage you to look up the song The Great Escape, or the entire Mercy Falls album.

Yeah, I heard them before. Their bass player can shift a bit, I like his style. They are an OK band, but I wouldn't rank them up there with the greats. Not yet, anyway. They still have plenty of room for improvement, and they are relatively young so they still have time.

Listen to something like The Start of Something Beautiful, Anesthetize, or Arriving Somewhere But Not Here. And don't go in expecting it to be progressive in the Dream Theater sense.

I haven't listened to that much of their stuff, but they don't seem progressive in the slightest to me. I would like to hear some of their more progressive work, so I can understand why they are always called a progressive band. Anyone got any recommendations?
