Our strongest allies from almost the time we gained our independence, from them ironically.
Getting more liberal in policy by the day, Canada grows farther and farther away from us but still are strong allies.
Freedom-loving like us, Australia has been a staunch and solid partner fighting alongside us in Iraq and Afghanistan since the beginning.
A strong ally, the only chink in the armor of their loyalty is their own self preservation, and understandably so. The more we dismiss them, the more the favor is returned.
Germany is slipping farther down this list rapidly based on their attitudes towards the U.S. and their political stance.
NAFTA makes Mexico a largely important close to home neighbor. The large amount of Mexican Americans also gives a cultural alliance. Most Mexicans like the US.
The new state in Europe. It is the most pro-USA country in all the world. USA helps them to win their Independence, so they are very grateful to USA and backed up USA in every step. Not just Kosovo's government but all 99% of people(the albanian population of kosovo) adore USA. only 1% (the serbs population of Kosovo) hate USA,as Serbia hate USA
Morocco – United States relations are bilateral relations between Morocco and the United States. Relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States date back to the earliest days of U.S. history. On December 20, 1777, Morocco formally recognized the colonies as a unified sovereign nation. Morocco remains one of America's oldest and closest allies in the Middle East and North Africa, a status affirmed by Morocco's zero-tolerance policy towards al-Qaeda and their affiliated groups. Morocco also assisted the U.S. CIA with questioning al-Qaeda members captured in Afghanistan, Iraq, Indonesia, Somalia and elsewhere during the administration of George W. Bush, 2001–2009. Formal U.S. relations with Morocco date from 1787 when the United States Congress ratified a Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the two nations. Renegotiated in 1836, the treaty is still in force, constituting the longest unbroken treaty relationship in U.S. history, and Tangier is home to the oldest U.S. diplomatic property in the world. Now a museum, the Tangier American Legation Museum is also the only building on foreign soil that is now a National Historic Landmark. The United States government ratified a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Morocco which took effect January 1, 2006. Originally passed in June 2004, the Morocco – United States Free Trade Agreement passed both houses of the U.S. legislative branch overwhelmingly. The House of Representatives passed the bill 323-99, while the U.S. Senate provided unanimous consent. On August 17, 2004 the bill became U.S. Public Law number: 108-302 According to the United States Trade Representative (USTR) the FTA “eliminates duties on more than 95 percent of all goods and services.” The agreement also committed Morocco to increase regulatory transparency and protect intellectual property rights. The United States continues to assist Morocco in meeting these commitments by providing targeted technical assistance and support.
America's strongest and most important Muslim ally and is a role model to other Muslim countries. Also in pretty democratic.
DUH, if Cuba where to juice around with the US, we would scale up in Cuba in no time, we almost depend on US tourists.
Even though it was on the opposite side during ww 2. Slovakia always, always sticks by the usa's side
We both are important to each other for trade. They were a VERY important ally to us during World War II in the Pacific.
Peru and usa have both worked together to ensure safety and peace in central and South America, also they are very good economic partners
Another good US ally in Africa. They are very much involved in all the Peace Keeping missions in African. A partner in war against terrorism.
America is much more popular in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania than Russia (except among Russians). There is actually a sign in downtown Vilnius that quotes former President Bush "the enemy of Lithuania will be also the enemy of the USA"
Pakistan is helping us in a war against terrorism and pakistan already lost or damaged it's 12000 soldiers on war against terrorism...
closely related to australia & New Zealand, so I don't see why they aren't at least a reasonableally of the U.s.a.
In 1979, the Government of the Marshall Islands was officially established and the country became self-governing. In 1986, the Compact of Free Association with the United States entered into force, granting the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) its sovereignty. The Compact provided for aid and U.S. defense of the islands in exchange for continued U.S. military use of the missile testing range at Kwajalein Atoll. The independence procedure was formally completed under international law in 1990, when the UN officially ended the Trusteeship status.
Cambodian people adores Americans and they love America. Cambodian Americans visiting Cambodia, their relative treats them so nice (some only treat nice for money lol but others they really honor to host foreigners in their home). However Cambodian PM rather leans toward China. Just because Cambodia is poor and weaker than most countries, it is worth mentioning than those countries that is very likely to turn against the US (not just turn and walk toward enemy, but turn and stab)
One of our best allies in South America and the Southern Hemisphere, sharing many ideals and values with little corruption.
The Panamanian currency is officially the balboa, fixed at parity with the United States dollar since independence in 1903. In practice, however, the country is dollarized; Panama has its own coinage but uses U.S. dollars for all its paper currency. They play baseball, they vote with us in the UN. They let our ships pass through the Panama canal.
Obama visited Tallinn, and held a speech there on the eve of a NATO summit in Wales. Estonia's president Ilves was raised in New Jersey. Estonia likes to present itself as a lapdog and IT experiment for the US. US sees Estonia as a role model for the former USSR republics. Common enemy of Russia binds them.
Not the worst country in the world nor the biggest its also a very safe country and also a US ally & BTW HIS NAME IS JOHN CENA!!!
I believe the majority of Americans (including myself) consider Great Britain our closest ally. We might have had a tumultuous history but it only strengthened our bond with each other. I personally consider the British to be wonderful caring people and am thankful Great Britain is our greatest ally.
Part of NATO like Albania, Belgium,Bulgaria ,Canada,Croatia ,Czech replicas, Denmark, Estonia, France ,Germany, Greece , Iceland, Italy, Latvia,Lithuania ,Luxembourg, Netherlands, norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovenia ,Spain ,turkey and united knimdom
Obama and the ayatollah have a great relations, and it seems like lately the two states became close allies in the middle east.
