This is one of the best pain relief medications sold over the counter. Works to relieve minor to moderate pain in all areas of the body inlcuding headaches.

This is one I prefer because of the added caffeine it relieves even a migraine or severe headache.

Pain-Aide

This over the counter pain relief medicine has the same make-up as excedrin. It is the only thing that worked for me when I had strep throat and the pain was very severe. The next step would have been a prescribed pain reliever but this did the trick.
