Best Fruits for a High Fiber Diet

Different fruits have different amounts of fiber, so in order to get the right amount of fiber, you need to know that all fruit are not created equal in the fiber department. Fibrous diets are important in the quest to fight heart disease, colon disease and maintain weight...just to name a few.

Not only are these packed with anti-oxidants, but they have great fiber content too. Adding these to some yogurt every morning is a no-brainer way to increase your overall health.
