Start with the ball between your legs. Move to your right while placing your left foot on top of the ball. Quickly move to your left while simultaneously placing your foot on top of the ball. Try to go as fast as possible without moving the ball.

Place the ball in front of you with one foot on top. Jump off the ball while switching the other foot on top. You have mastered this drill when you can accomplish that without the ball moving backwards.
