I am not sure construction of automobiles would be what they are today if it were not for Ford. He was an innovating factor in how the assembly lines of automobile makers work today.

When the stock market crashed, it changed us forever. First and foremost by effecting the lives of those trying to make a decent living during that time. It broke up families who could not afford to stay together and changed the way that we grew as a nation.

Walmart is one of the largest retail stores ever. We either shop there ourselves or know someone who does. Walmart created an empire of discount stores and its legacy continues to grow.

Although I am not sure if our current credit crisis would be like this today if this event never happened, I do know that this event has eased the lives of many and offered opportunities to some that would not have had them if it were not for the credit card.

Technology would not be as advanced as it is today if it were not for this business event. The way that technology has grown over the years since 1939 is directly related to this event.
