Nike, "Just do it" Report Abuse
One of the best known advertising slogans which has been around since it's inception. Nike still uses the "Just do it" slogan.

The 1997 'Parklife' one filmed in London's Hackney Marshes is perhaps the most memorable. Took its name from a 1994 song by Blur.

Many people continue to use the slogan from Debeers' advertising campaign, adding popularity to it, especially when it comes time to getting someone a special gift for a special occasion such as an anniversary.

Who doesn't know the cowboy on the horse? This is one of the best advertising campaigns that Marlboro has created. Most people, even without seeing a brand name, could identify the Marlboro Man when shown a picture, even non-smokers.

A clever campaign created and made famous by Maxwell House coffee. Whenever I drink Maxwell House coffee, the saying pops in my mind for some reason. It was definitely a catchy phrase that is easy to remember.

This campaign ran during the 1980s featuring Griff Rhys Jones collobarating many Hollywood stars like Marilyn Monroe and Steve Mcqueen, the latter one filmed in colour, others in black and white.

Long running campaign dating back to the 1980s. Highlights include the 1984 one with Geoffrey Palmer narrating and the one featuring a track from Jimi Hendrix from the early 2000s.

Referring to the Carling (formerly Carling Black Label) adverts of the 1980s and early 1990s. Memorable ones include its take on the famous war film 'Dambusters' and a breakdance pensioner. Stephen Frost and Mark Arden appeared in many of its long running series.

Like the Heineken adverts, it reflected popular tastes of the time like Treasure Hunt and Old Spice, both of course turned into classic adverts.

Classic example being the 1989 'Face' advertisement that ran for a few more years into the 1990s. Check out the 'Manhattan' one from the early 1980s that was the forerunner of such high profile adverts including the London 2012 Olympic ad campaign.

The 'cricket on beach' one from 1994 is one in this long running series. Somewhat underrated to the recent ones like its take on a bank and a karaoke concert.

The 1985 'Water In Majorca' one is the most memorable of this long running campaign. Other highlights included its take on the Dulux and Milk Tray ones. I remember the two blues musician from around 1992-93.
