The cemetery was built in the mid-1930s by Stan Ion Patras folk artist - sculptor, painter and poet. It was so named because of the crosses are very brightly colored and inscriptions on them have very funny epitaph poems.

Chalet Omu, Muntenia It is the highest tourism site in Romania and it is the first stone cottage built in 1888 and is situated on an altitude of 2507 meters Omu Peak. It provides a perfect landscape for the tourists arriving here.
