The Happy Cemetery, Sapanta, Maramures
The cemetery was built in the mid-1930s by Stan Ion Patras folk artist - sculptor, painter and poet. It was so named because of the crosses are very brightly colored and inscriptions on them have very funny epitaph poems.

The dam was built in the 60’s on the Arges River, its construction lasted more than five years. At the time was the fifth dam of such size in Europe. It provides an energy output of 400 GWh / year.
