Just break apart the cloves and plant individually in Spring or Fall. The small cloves and be planted as groupings for fresh garlic greens. Snip the greens into soups and salads and other baked dishes.Fresh garlic greens are not sold in markets in the USA, so the only way to get them is to grow them.

This is so easy to grow, you might want to contain it. Excellent tea and garnish. Moles, mice and other rodents do not like to dig through the roots of this herb and is a deterrent. around the chicken coup.
