Bridgestone are very good but I'm not sure they're the best in the world. In fact, Bridgestone has actually bought shares in Toyo just so they can use their advanced computerized design system. I'm not saying Toyo are the best in the world but I would put them slightly above Bridgestone!

I am using JK Tyres in my Maruti Swift Car since 2006, so far 60000 km I drive & as per their Service team I can drive another 5000 km without a problem. I think what they say they do. Even in 160km in Baroda- Ahemdabad express highway, I didn't find any vibration & felt safe. They are the best.

Hankook generally are very good tyres, some of their Highway Terrain 4wd tyres have the highest treadwear rating in the world! I have heard of quite a few people having problems with them but a lot more have given excellent feedback about them

I PUT GOODYEARS ON MY 2005 KIA SEDONA FOR THE SECOND SET OF TIRES . THEY WERE CRAP , BARELY GOT 2YRS. OUT OF THEM AND WHILE THEY WERE ON THE VAN THE RIDE SUCKED! 3RD SET I WENT BACK TO THE OEM KUMO'S IN A HEART BEAT . BETTER HEAT RATINGS , TREAD LIFE , STABILITY, EVEN WEAR AND BY FAR A MUCH BETTER RIDE OVERALL!! I WILL KEEP THE OEM KUMHO' S ON MY WIFE'S SUZUKI RENO WHEN THE TIME COMES TO REPLACE THEM . IT'S A 2006 RENO WITH 48,800 MILES ON IT ....... GREAT TIRES !!!!!!!!!!!

GT Radial are quite cheap and their passenger car tyres are good, as well as most of their 4wd tyres, although in my experience, the tread never seems to last very well on the road. Also, their truck tyres are absolute rubbish! 9 out of 10 cannot be retreaded because of the case quality, and they never seem to balance right

Nexen are a relatively new brand to me but I have sold a lot of them and have them on one of my own vehicles. Definitely one of my favourite brands because of the price/quality ratio

not a long termer in india but has already started to create a hype in india. very gud tires, hv installed them in hyundai i10. superb on rough roades and gravels.
