Okay the way they make it is a little gross but I got tricked into think they were ousters from the rocky mountains and they actually taste great. This isn't a list for worst prepared foods it is a list for worst tasting food sand these actually taste good so this definitely shouldn't be number five

Yes, but ever actually eat one? Sliced and breaded they aren't terrible. Nothing great, they do have a mild "organ" taste like liver, but not nearly as strong as liver.

Okay the shark is bough to be high on this list but rotting underground this should definitely be number one I net there is more to it like they have to slowly roll it into its blood which I read online but seriously that sounds like it shouldn't be a food

Most people I've experienced do not like vinegar. In my opinion Vinegar is very good. It has a strong smell, but is quite magnificent to eat when put in salad and some types of chips. Also Vinegar is good for your body. Try it!

What sour cream and broccoli has to do with saurkraut I have no idea. But kraut on a hot dog or with kilbasa (sp?) is great.

Vegemite or marmite is the used yeast from the bottom of beer barrels.

Vegemite is the most beautful tasting thing on the plant.

I don't like beets in general, mainly because my mother would try to do borscht and end up with just bland beet soup when I was a child. So okay, this one I can agree with.

REAL beets that have actually been fermented pickled are AMAZING!! The canned vinegary stuff is very vinegary. If you like vinegar, they taste good but a pale shadow of the real fermented pickled beets.

They are fine, on a salad they are usually decent.

I love raw mushrooms - in salad, sandwiches and sometimes I just snack on them. They are wet and flavorful. Yummy.

Raw red onions are good -they're sweet. Regular onions are ok if they are cut up real small and hang out in the air (the oxygen kills a lot of the bite) or soaked in vinegar or vinegary salad dressing.

I actually like raw onions, the strong taste clears the sinuses

I don't know what meat pies you've eaten but the ones I've had do not have pig organs, and they are yUm

Oh my gosh! You have never been to Natchitoches, Louisiana. Meat Pies are sooo good and they definitely aren't made out of pig organs. You ate at the wrong place.

meat pies are actually quite nice. I live in australia, and they are extremely popular. They are a regular hot meal or snack.

Goat cheese is the most delicious cheese.

From about 15 and higher the answers are kind of ridiculous. Who doesn't like vegetables like onions, green olives, mushrooms in the right context. They are all great on pizzas. But some of the exotic stuff like Haggis, Lutefisk, Balut are truly nasty.

This should be way up on the list of nastiest foods.

Slightly salted slice of raw red tomato is good sometimes. Or diced on top of nachos. Or a slice on a hamburger.

Just bland and stringy. I don't eat it at home, if I'm visiting someone and someone hands me some, I might eat one piece to be polite. But it isn't awful

It's nothing like a green bean. :P Only thing I dislike about asparagus is the smell when one goes to the bathroom. It can be slightly bitter in taste, but not always. Not my favorite veggie, but I don't hate it.

Depends on the squash. Pumpkin is technically a type of squash. Some are fine, and yes some I dislike.

Squash was one of my favorites growing up...if you have never had to cooked right then you may not like it but I had my wonderful Mother as a cook.

Spinach salad is okay if done right, I don't like cooked spinach though.

Spanakopita - amazing! Spinach is kind of bland - definitely it needs to be dressed up but it does have a very neutral "green" flavor, not bitter like most greens - it goes well with almost everything.

damn typos

I have NEVER used leftovers to make casseroles & I've made plenty of them. I always go to the store to get the ingredients. There are definitely some NASTY casseroles out there..that's for sure. Right before mine are done, I like to sprinkle cheese or buttered crackers or bread crumbs on top & then bake then some more to get a crispy crust & edges...mmmmm.

Poster under me needs to just... ugh i donno, but green bean casserole is my favorite. I would taste any other types of casserole also.

Okay, caseroles are kind of old fashioned (in a bad sort of way, there's good old fashioned food also) and I always did hate green bean caserole. Finally agree with something on this blog (other then vegemite, it's gross)
