Lawang Sewu Building, Semarang, Indonesia Report Abuse
Lawang Sewu means 1000 doors, even the doors in this building aren't 1000 exactly. This building build by some Dutch in Semarang before Indonesia Independence day for Train Company, but during Japan occupancy, Japanese use this building as prison and they torture the prisoner and killed them in the basement. Those prisoner haunted this place. Together with those 1000 doors, those prisoner make your feeling very discomfort and unsafe even in the day. Today there are night tour in this building, and the haunted legend become very famous after the local TV show captured the male ghost between those 1000 doors

A Cunard ocean liner that sailed from 1936 to 1967, the RMS Queen Mary’s engine room is said to be haunted by the 17 years old sailor who was crushed to death here.
