Cranberries is the best way to help clear bladder infections or to prevent it. Cranberry juice strip the bacteria from the walls of your bladder so that it cant stick. When the pressure of pregnancy restricts your bladder, this is a great way to ensure your bladder stay clean and uninfected. Cranberry tea, cranberry juice, cranberries. I cant go without them in pregnancy.

High in Vitamin C (you cant absorb iron without vitamin C), bit of Vitamin E, A and Potassium. Vitamin A from plants will only become Vit A if your body needs it, so you cant get to much from plants. E good for your skin (stretching) and its watery (water is good for everything in pregnancy.
