Backyard Leisure LLC recalled about 11,000 Adventure Play Sets and Create N Adventure Wooden Play Sets (sold at Wal-Mart stores nationwide and www.walmart.com under the Adventure Play Sets brand and at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide under the Create N Adventure brand from January 2008 through May 2008) after discovering that the hangers holding the chains for the gliders could break, causing a child to fall and possibly suffer injury.

Dalmatian Press LLC recalled about 17,000 Little Builder Children's Board Book Sets with Toys (sold at Wal-Mart, Levy Home Entertainment, Lion Sales of NW Brunswick, Farris Wholesale Outlet, Crane Book Sales, Ingram Book Co., BPDI Corp., Books A Million, and Christmas Tree Shop stores nationwide and on the Internet at Amazon.com and Barnes&Noble.com from August 2007 through February 2008) after discovering that the cylinder on the toy concrete mixer and the tailgate on the toy dump truck could detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Santa's Toy Corp. recalled about 9,000 Western Rider Push Toys (sold at retail dollar and discount stores nationwide February 2005 through February 2008) after discovering that the paint on the glove, shirt, and pants of the toy rider contained excessive levels of lead.

Manhattan Group LLC recalled about 7,000 Tumble Tower Infant Rattles (sold at gift and specialty stores nationwide, in mail order catalogs, and on the Internet from September 2007 through April 2008) after discovering that the blue plastic end caps of the rattle could break, exposing small parts that posed a choking hazard to young children.

Douglas Co. recalled about 74,000 Lil' Snugglers Children's Blankets (sold at specialty stores nationwide and online from April 2005 through December 2007) after discovering that the blanket's satin edge could detach, posing a strangulation hazard. The recalled blankets were 14 inches square with a stuffed toy animal head sewn in the middle.

Pacific Cycle Inc. recalled about 15,000 Playsafe Spinning Quad Merry-Go-Rounds (sold exclusively by Toys "R" Us nationwide from January 2008 through March 2008) after discovering that the inner bearing on the merry-go-round can fail, which caused the seat assembly to suddenly drop to the ground and posed a fall hazard to children.

It's My Binky recalled about 115,000 Personalized Pacifiers (sold at Nordstrom and baby boutique retail stores nationwide and online at www.itsmybinky.com from February 2006 through June 2008) after discovering that the pacifier button, ring handle, and shield with nipple could detach, posing a choking hazard to infants. The recalled pacifiers (sold in blue, white, and pink colors) had a "Japlo" imprint on the front of the pacifier and a word or design on the button.

Kids II Inc. recalled about 19,000 Bright Starts Ring Rattles (sold at toy stores, mass merchandisers, and other retail stores nationwide from January 2008 through June 2008) after discovering that the tip of the rattle's antenna, which was attached to a bumble bee figure, could detach and pose a choking hazard to small children.

Earthentree recalled about 375 Wooden Toys (sold at Earthentree's Web site, fairs, trade shows, and retail stores nationwide from December 2007 through May 2008) after discovering that the toys contained small parts or could break into small parts, posing a choking hazard to children. Some of the toys also had a string longer than 12 inches, posing a strangulation hazard to young children. The recall involved a variety of wooden toys including maracas, pull toys, rattles, and trains.

Fisher-Price recalled about 15,000 Learning Pots & Pans toys (sold at discount department and toy stores nationwide from October 2007 to August 2008) after discovering that missing screws in the blue toy pan could cause the clear plastic cover to come loose and release small balls, presenting a choking hazard to young children.

Habermaass Corp. recalled about 118,000 wooden puzzles, infant rattles, pacifier holders, and stroller toys (sold at specialty toy stores nationwide and at specialty online retailers from January 2002 through August 2008) after discovering that the rattles, pacifier holders, and stroller toys contained small pieces including glued-on mirrors and/or prisms that could detach, posing a choking hazard to infants.

MEGA Brands America Inc. recalled about 1.1 million Magtastik and Magnetix Jr. Pre-School Magnetic Toys (sold at Wal-Mart, Target, Toys "R" Us, Kmart, and other toy stores nationwide from January 2005 through December 2007) because the magnets in the small flexible parts of the animals, vehicles, and building sets could detach; if swallowed by young children, the magnets could attract each other internally and cause dangerous intestinal perforations or blockages.
