Nausicaa - France's National 'Sea World' Aquarium Report Abuse
Nausicaa, France's National Aquarium, is one of the most popular tourist sites in Northern France. It has huge aquariums of 5,000 square meters containing 4.5 million liters of water and over 35,000 marine, freshwater and land animals. It also houses the 'Library of the Sea', one of France’s richest resources about the sea with 4000 books, 100 magazines, 15000 slides, 270 documentary films and 95 CD-ROMs. Every day there are special events about different aspects of the marine environment. For good reason Nausicaa is called the French ‘seaworld’ experience.
