This is basically a hangover without alcohol. Be sure to stay hydrated, especially during the summer. Coffee and Sodas often cause dehydration, so don’t substitute them for water.

Fatigue, Lack of Sleep or Oversleeping Report Abuse
Consistently less than 7hrs of sleep can contribute to headaches, especially if active. Sleeping for more than 11hrs can also cause problems. Few people have healthy, regular sleep cycles.
