Great place to vacation in the summer, warm weather, Worlds of Fun, Oceans of Fun, Kansas City Zoo, CoCo Key Water Resort, Royals games, and so much more is in Kansas City and in St. Louis you have an awesome theme park Six Flags St. Louis, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor waterpark, the legendary St. Louis Zoo in Forest Park, Union Station, and so much more you can do in St. Louis. Don't forget the Lake of the Ozarks and Harry S. Truman Lake are great lakes you can have fun at too. Missouri is really fun.

Pretty much the best thing in Kansas is the stupid waterpark in Kansas City, Kansas besides that Wichita and the metro area of Kanss City, Missouri are the only fun things, you can also go to Perry Lake but I wouldn't want to as a vacation here though.
