Soda is evil; it leaches the calcium out of your bones and will clean the soot off your fireplace, not to mention the sugar in it. It's not for the body.

Especially soybean oil, cottonseed and palm kernel oil. They're the cheapest and can be found in salad dressings, baked goods, margerine, nearly everything. Read the labels.

We were never meant to consume cow's milk or things made from it. A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. kids who were taken off dairy products made with cow's milk became normal and well-adjusted in a very short time.

They don't have to prove it's been purified and the plastic they use breaks down and causes serious health issues.

The ONLY oil that isn't changed for the worse at the molecular level with heat is Coconut oil; use nothing but this for cooking.
