a city in northeast ohio past cleveland, the southside/sw section of the city is very dangerous and full of crimes and gangs, a bunch of gangstas and thugs that wont hesitate to rob or shoot you. the westside is also bad and downtown is decayed and abandoned with a industrial plant right next to it.

Tweekers and mentally ill roam the streets. People in the town have a very hard, rough demeanor, rude, selfish, and ignorant. Lots of drug related crimes and violent crimes for such a small city. Gangbangers and cartel affiliates muscle local buisiness. If you move here, highly suggest getting a concealed carry permit and a large breed dog. I have lived in San Diego, Chicago, and even other countries and by far felt the least safe living in Victoria.

Mansfeild has a higher crime rate that cleveland. Very poor city. Very ghetto. Very high crime rate. Ive been to every dangerous city in ohio and by far mansfeild is the worst. Cleveland is only bad on the east side, west side is a bit roughed up. Everywhere in mansfeild is rough. I've lived on west cook road and st. Adams. West cook was probaly worse. In the time i loved there i got robbed 23 times my hoise was broken into 7 times and my house was vandalized on the weekly some weeks daily. Oh i lived there for one year and 6 months. Its the worst its like detroit.

I was born and raised in Rocky Mount and it was a peaceful delicate countryside almost and it was no crime basically no nothing. Now though is a different story. It is crime everywhere you go in Rocky Mount. Not like little crimes but I am talking about shootings everyday, rapes, drunk driving, car theft, and drugs. Yes, this may happen everywhere in the world, but Rocky Mount is a very small city and there's is about 10 shootings a day and this has really changed since I grew up. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!
