Rookie of the Year, MVP, 4 Scoring Titles, Eastern Conference Champion, 5th All-Time in career points average, he did everything but win the title, can't really blame on him, since he never been on good teams, anyway score that amount of points being just 6 feet tall is beyond impressive.

Most points per game than anyone else in the list, plus the second highest scoring average in Playoffs history, and not just about the offense, holds the NBA record for most steals in a playoff game.

It took a while, as he was drafted out of high school, but he did eventually become a superstar, but not with the team that picked him.
