Katherine Hepburn Report Abuse
The venerable and truly timeless mistress of the screen, who started in the 30’s, and worked in every decade until her death. She won an Academy Award for "Guess Who's Comming to Dinner" in 1967, and followed that role up with 1968’s "The Lion in Winter".

The mistress of the 60’s, if ever there was one, starring in no less than 9 movies in that decade alone, including: 1966’s “Fantastic Voyage” and “One Million Years B.C.”, 1967’s “Fathom” and “Bedazzled”, 1968’s “The Biggest Bundle of them All”, “Bandolero!” and “Lady in Cement”, and 1969’s “The Magic Christian” and “100 Rifles”.

Babs is great in any decade, but she was astounding in the 60’s, particularly for 1968’s Funny Girl, for which she won an Academy Award for Best Actress, and other gems as well, such as 1969’s Hello Dolly!

Not far behind Raquel in sheer volume with 5 films in the 60’s, including: 1964’s “Sunday in New York”, 1965’s “Cat Ballou”, 1966’s “Any Wednesda”, 1967’s “Hurry Sundown” and “Barefoot in the Park”, and 1968’s iconic “Barbarella”. Actually, she would’ve made the list just for “Barbarella” alone.
