Water. Lots of Water. Report Abuse
It isn't the tastiest option, but flooding your system with water is probably the best thing you can do for yourself. Drinking alcohol dehydrates your body, so you need to replenish all that H2O that you lost.

Bread (or any other carbs) Report Abuse
Scientifically, there's probably no evidence to back this up, but I think eating really starchy foods will actually soak up some of that alcohol that is messing with your system.

Watermelon Report Abuse
Seriously, it works. I don't know if it's the vitamins or the fact that this fruit is almost pure water anyway, but a big ol' hunk of watermelon is definitely going to make you feel better.

Fast Food Breakfast Sandwich Report Abuse
So you're body is full of toxins and you're feeling pretty bad. What's the cure? Eat something really bad for you! Every fast food restaurant has their own spin on the breakfast sandwich, but bread, meat, cheese, egg, grease, all rolled into one delicious hangover cure.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Report Abuse
This is sort of a powerhouse of hangover food. Peanut butter gives you protein, the jelly replaces sugars, there's the bread which is full of carbs to soak up last night's booze. And if you're feeling health conscious you can always switch to whole wheat bread.

Eggs Report Abuse
There's nothing like a big plate of eggs to make your morning after a bit more bearable. The greasier the better.

Pizza Report Abuse
If you can stomach some pizza, it could do wonders for you. Some people are a fan of the cold pizza on a hungover morning/afternoon, but I think it needs to be heated up. No reason to make yourself suffer any more.

Mac and Cheese Report Abuse
Mmmmm ... mac and cheese. So simple, but this combo of pasta and cheese is easy on the stomach, lovely on the taste buds, and will definitely put you in a better place.

Sports Drinks Report Abuse
I like to think of drinking as a sport, so why not have some gatorade or other sports drink afterwards to replenish vitamins and minerals you may have lost with all that exertion last night.

They really are the world's perfect fruit. Maybe it's all that potassium, but eating a banana will definitely make you feel notably better.

Crackers Report Abuse
If you're really hurting you might want to just stick to some basic crackers. They'll soak up the alcohol, and they'll probably make you very thirsty and force you to drink water.

Again, the perfect union of carbs and cheese. You may need to eat a few of these depending on how extensive your drinking session was.
