I've already read the books- but here is a visual thing and Alan's wonderful role-playing was really effective, and I was like OMG, most people were in tears! Really unforgettable- And that was the one of the greatest scenes I've ever watched!

Dobby Dies a Heroes Death
Ok, so Dobby is a bit annoying in the films, and he seems to disappear for 3 whole films before making his triumphant comeback. But you have to admit that he turns out to be a bit of a badass.

It kind of had the feel like when we finally got to watch Yoda do all his Jedi tricks ... Dumbledore wreaked some serious havoc on Voldemort and sent him running out of the ministry.

The Harry and Hermione Naked Dream Sequence (Deathly Hallows Part 1)
I'm sure there are some die-hard fans that think they took this scene too far, but I have to say that I think it's an excellent representation of what Ron would've seen when he tried to destroy the horcrux. And it was pretty hot.

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Fred and George Weasley decide that they've had enough of being at Hogwarts under the fascist ruling of Dolores Umbridge and decide to leave school. But of course, not before setting off a huge fireworks display during the OWLs, and unleashing a fiery dragon on Umbridge.

Azkaban Breakout
Even though you know it's going to happen, it's pretty damned thrilling to see that moment when Azkaban crumbles and Bellatrix Lestrange emerges for the first time. Or course, one could argue that any time Bellatrix Lestrange is in a scene it's pretty awesome.

Part 1- Harry and Hermione's dance
Harry tries to cheer Hermione up in the tent when Ron's left by offering a dance. Lots of emotion! Very cheesy dancing but so sweet. I think it shows how close friends Hermione and Harry really are. It's a lovely gesture and an amusing scene.

The Marauder's Meet
When Lupin, Sirius and Pettigrew meet in the Shrieking Shack, the wonderful actors clash in an incredible scene that has the audience hooked. Everything we had come to expect in the film up until that point is thrown out the window, and Alfonso Cuaron handles the plot superbly.

Sure, it was a little disappointing that we didn't get to see any scenes from a real quidditch match, but it was still pretty exciting to be in the stands and see the crowds at the world cup.

It's nice to see that Ron isn't just a bumbling sidekick. He too has his own skills, and it's great to see him dominate in wizard chess, only to sacrifice himself at the end of the game.

Led by Severus Snape and Gilderoy Lockhart, Harry attends what seems to be the only meeting of the Dueling Club. Of course he is set against his enemy Draco Malfoy, but when Draco conjures up a snake to attack Harry, we learn that Harry is a parseltongue and has the ability to talk to snakes ... just like You-Know-Who!
