Comments:
Grade IV Malignant Glioma patients usually would not have a life expectancy greater than a year. Glioblastoma multiforme usually has a prognosis measured in weeks as well. There is a Paediatric cancer called diffuse pontine glioma which also carries a grave prognosis (surgically unresectable, quite unresponsive to treatment etc)

Soft-Tissue cancers (Sarcomas) Report Abuse
Most progress insidiously until they are at advanced stages. They are almost uniformly completely resistant to Chemotherapy, and unless a complete surgical resection is obtained, then treatment is largely palliative. Fortunately, Sarcomas make up less than 1% of cancer diagnoses.
