Unfortunately you are correct. WordPerfect has been loosing ground....thanks to Microsoft screwing with them. However, WordPerfect is, at least in our office and many other attorney's office staff, superior to Word. The problem is you the software have to run on Microsoft's OS. Just about every courthouse has to choose their software carefully, and since Microsoft is clearly here to stay,(sad to say) they made the decision to pick Microsoft software as well. We still use WordPerfect for everything we can, but in most cases when dealing with the courts, we are forced to also have Word on our computers as well.
