Whole Milk Report Abuse
Doctors recommend whole milk for young children while their bones are growing - but many of us have switched away from whole milk to reduced fat save on the calories & fat grams. As we get older, the need for calcium increases to keep our bones in tip-top shape - consider going back to whole milk for all it's nutrient rich qualities.
