I cannot think of any addiction that can be healthy for us not even exercise everything can be overdone to the point that it can become dangerous. I am sure I will not list all addictions here there are so many. Should you see one not listed please add it.

Drug Addiction
Drug addictions are different for everyone some people steal for drugs others do not. Several things that ALL people with this addiction have in common are it can cost you your freedom (JAIL) your family, job, money and your LIFE.

Substances in ranking: 1. heroin, 2 cocaine, 3 barbiturates, 4 street methadone, and 5 alcohol. According to The Lancet, these top 5 have the potential to change lives for the worst. I guess crystal meth and ghb are safe. NOT!

Alcohol addiction can break up homes, cost a person their job, land you in jail, be very expensive, and kill you.

Alcohol and heroin are the most addictive and intoxicating drugs. Heroin is undisputed in addictiveness and destruction in the individual. However! Alcohol on the other hand is more intoxicating than heroin.

im am 16 i was 13 when my addiction started and honestly i would have prefered any other addiction. this addiction made me feel like i was literally living in hell for years when before life felt like heaven! This one is the worst!!

Tobacco products can be deadly over the long term, but they are way out of the league of substance abuse. Tobacco rarely gets u in trouble with the law, job, family, money, etc. It's not alcohol, cocaine, and marijuana u know!

Gambling can be a very hard addiction to break everyone is looking to hit it bit and the addicted gambler is going to play just one more time and win back what they lost this is a repeated pattern. Many gamblers lose their homes, other assets, and their families.

Internet addiction has ruined my social life. I have no friends, I barely have any family, and I have nothing in common with anyone. I have severe depression, anxiety, and psychosis because I have spent too much time with unsupervised internet access as a small child and teen when my parents should've worked on my social skills with me. The worst thing about this is that the internet is not only mandatory to live, it is also encouraged to be used as much as possible.

Nothing is wrong with this stimulant: It's unregulated, safe, and has absolutely no potential to destroy lives. It is a xanthine, an ardenosene inhibitor. Cocaine another stimulant, is entirely different, way way out of the league of caffeines. Cocaine is dangerous, regulated, and illegal. Caffeine can't put you in handcuffs,cocaine can without a doubt.
