It also has spacious gate areas, clean restrooms, Free "Travellers Lounges" offer recliners, free internet kiosks, WiFi, Cushioned benches, courteous staff, children's play area etc. But its loud announcements are annoying and during night food courts are closed.

It is clean, comfortable benches and loungers, Jjimjilbang (hot tubs, showers and sauna), good temperature, a business center with overseas shipping, telephone numbers throughout so one could be able to "complain" about anything which disturbs. But it is expensive.
