Jerry Rice Report Abuse
Receptions: 1,549 Receiving Yards: 22,895 Receiving TD: 197 Rushing Yards: 645 Rushing TD: 10 There's no argument here, these numbers are disturbing. He holds every important receiving record and is pretty much what you get if you building the perfect football player. If Rice isn't #1 on your Best WR List, you know nothing about football. Period.

Don Hutson Report Abuse
Receptions: 488, Receiving Yards: 7,991, Receiving TD: 99. Don't let these numbers fool you, Hutson played 50 years ago in an era where defensive backs were allowed to mug receivers all over the field and the forward pass was a new invention. Hutson helped invent the passing game, he would frequently out receive entire teams and there's no way to estimate how guady his numbers would look if he played in out current pass-happy era.

a list with Largent out of the Top 10, is a list that gets laughed at and ignored.

Greatest WR that played for the Raiders (excluding Rice, who will forever be known as a 49er). Dude has 1,094 receptions for 14,934 yards and 100 receiving touchdowns.

Randy Moss Report Abuse
Receptions: 774, Receiving Yards: 12,193, Receiving TD: 124. How can a player who only tries half the time be this high on the list? Take a second look at those numbers. You can question his attitude and his heart but there's no question that he's a freakishly talented athlete and, when motivated, one of the most dangerous offensive weapons ever.

Marvin Harrison Report Abuse
Receptions: 1,042, Receiving Yards: 13,944, Receiving TD: 123. Yes the numbers are staggering but Marvin climbs this high because he gets his stats while still doing the little things: blocking, running great routes, and being unselfish. In an era of Me-First receivers who only care about how many balls they get thrown Marvin is a throwback who only cares about winning.

He is still tossing his defenders to the ground. This is what they meant when they said big things come in small packages.

Ray Berry held most of the receiving records prior to the pass happy 70's- to current time. Never dropped a pass and if played today would make most receivers look like overpaid whining spoiled girls
