1.Old Cell Phone. You never know when an emergency will occur. Have am old cell phone that has a charged battery in your trunk. This phone does not have to have a service provider all cell phones are set up to call 911.

The clear mouth barrier prevents physical contact with a victims face therefore reducing the chance of cross-contamination during emergency CPR. Accidents do not only happen at home. We could be swinning, driving or hiking and someone need our help.

This is always good to have in our car anyways. Keep an extra bottle in your first aid kit. Should you ever help anyone in an emergency soap is usually not available and this will remove germs and help you feel more secure that your health is safeguarded.
