It makes no real sense to vote for the best beer, because it can only be a German beer. Among the top 100 best beers should be 95 German

It is the leading brand of beer in the Philippines with a slight hoppy and distinct bitter taste.
Comments:
When I visited a friend in Australia, he said I can drink all the brand of beer in his house, but warned me not to touch his San Miguel Beer kept in closet, for its his precious drink
Everytime I drink this beer it feels like party time all the time that's why I include SMB pale pilsen in my daily diet and at night before sleep...
Nothing taste like san Miguel beer, I've drink other brand of beer but it's san Miguel beer that I love to drink because of its distinct taste...specially the Pale Pilsen and Red Horse extra strong beer...
A very humble beer at 9th place, yet sparkling from TOP to BOTTOM.

I think Yuengling is a great beer for beginners when learning about the different varieties.
I just love the taste of the larger light.. once you get the flavor of it you want more an more etc
Best lager I have tasted. Great body with a lovely caramel flavour. The US knows how to brew beer not like usual lagers sold in UK for mass market and people who know nothing about taste! If you go to the States try it.
I have been around the world, and I have only found love with yuengling, I thank usa for there fine beers
Yuengling is USA's oldest brewery, but not America's. Molsen Canadian is older.

Although technically not a beer, it is worth a mention as it is one of the best selling alcoholic drink from the UK. Guinness also commands a major share of the Irish market.
Comments:
This really has to be changed. Guinness is from Ireland, brewed in Jame's Gate Dublin which is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and that is not part of the UK.
It's Ireland's most famous brand.
Somebody better check their chicken 'cause they got no idea what they're talking about. Great beer with no side affects( other than drinking too many).
Guinness= Uk ?
Huh.....I find it hard to take any of the facts on this website serious after such a statement.
Guinness is owned by Diageo but is 100% Irish.
To me, it's like drinkin' a can of bread. And it gives me wretched gas. Drink a can of it with some fried chicken and watch out! Should come with a six-pack of toilet paper.
Guinness is probably the best beer in the world... just saying :D
who wrote this???
guiness is a stout so it is a beer
guiness is from the republic or ireland not the uk
why write an article on beer if you define beer as "lager" and dont even know where the worlds most famous beer is from. look at the front "brewed in dublin"!!!

Corona (esp "lite") is a marvel of Advertising: you could take an empty corona bottle, put in slightly skunky Coor Lite, put a lime wedge in the top and NOBODY would know the difference. insipid beer.
Dos Equis is much better. Corona in the light bottle gets skunky too easily.

it is a refreshing beer that you can continuously drink in my opinion, however, it needs to be produced from Qingdao and not the other factories! That is the real taste!
