Most Famous and Historically Significant Tombs in the World

Many people consider tombs or Mausoleum eerie as they believed that apart from being a place of burial, tombs are also the dwelling place of ghost. Nevertheless, they do hold an important place in our history. Below is a list of some of the most historically important tombs in the world. The tomb of Jesus Christ is not in this list as it is currently subjected to a lot of controversies. No doubt once it can be proven that the Tomb of Christ has indeed been found, it will definitely occupy the top of the list.
