Make sure you get the old drunken master . Although the newer americanised (I know theres no such word) is no were near as good as the older one.

Rush Hour
These movies are hilarious and the stunts and fight scenes are expertly done by Jackie Chan. His scenes with Chris Rock are pure comic gold.

Police Story
The stunts performed by Jackie Chan were among his best (and his favorite), sometimes you had to wonder just how safe they were, but they definitely looked great on film.

Legend of Drunken Master
This is Drunken Master 2. IMO Jackie's best display of the drunken boxing style. The choreography is superb and humorously charming. Features many of the same cast as the original. Great story line. This is a must see movie.

Police Story 2
This has some of Jackie Chan’s most dangerous stunts, including jumping from one moving car to another and then finally though a plate of glass. Gotta wonder why he is so eager to do his own stunts.

Yeah, like I said with the comment on Rush Hour 2, these movie series are a mixture of Jackie's normal kung fu style all-action movies and some good comedy with a different story line than he usually picks. They are good, nothing more to say.
