The tropical deciduous forests and the wildlife makes it an exhilarating place. The park is home to great many species of wild animals. The sprawling flat land and low hills make up the enivrons at Pakhal. The place was established as a wildlife sanctuary in the year 1952 n more so it is devoid of human habitation for most part of the year

As is evident by the name, it is actually considered to be a sea due to its mammoth size. This large lake covers 5 countries all around it, and is a saline body.
