Out of the four Airport movies this one is the worst by far. It's unwatchable. Airport 75 is the best but I think they kept the comedy out of it, like in Airport 77, it would have been even better. I rate them like this: 1. Airport 75, 2. Airport, 3. Airport 77 and Airport 79 ( The Worst !!!)

The Swarm
Playing on the Killer Bee scare of the 1970's, The Swarm is terrible. Bad acting, ridiculous dialogue, cheesy special effects and an all-star miscast. I loved it.

The volcano doesn't erupt until the last 15 minutes of the movie. Forget about having to wait halfway through Titanic; at least that movie had a nice, long payoff.

With out a doubt the WORST remake of all time. I bought the Poseidon DVD on ebay for $ 2. After I watched it I realized I paid $ 1.98 too much. This movie is shockingly bad it is just terrible. The Poseidon Adventure was a GREAT movie. If it's not broken don't fix it.
