1.
The main character of Anne Rice's series of books, the Vampire Chronicles. Vain, defiant, and "sensual," he is extremely lonely.
2.
The Dracula from the famous Bram Stoker novel. Dark, charming, handsome, and normally with a very good fashion sense, he is the epitome of what humans fear in the night. Chilling, yet fascinating. Based on a real life person, Vlad the Impaler.
3.
The main vampire from True Blood and the series of novels upon which it is based. Charming and kind, he tries to reject the behaviors of his race.
4.
5.
8.
The Dracula interpretation from the movie Nosferatu. Classically chilling, though a bit silly.
9.
The bad-ass vampire from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Full of personality, his irreverence is hilarious. He's dark, tough, and overall awesome.

Comments:
No. You really, really don't need to put him in. He doesn't deserve it. He's not a vampire, and neither are any of the other Cullens. They're bastardizations of vampires. He's not interesting or compelling, sympathetic, fun, or classic. He's not bloodthirsty, murderous, or in any way dark. Calling him a vampire is a transparent excuse to make him an eternally young pretty boy.
