I've experienced bad issues with several of these companies myself, along with millions of others. They do have terrible customer service issues, but they seem to make lots of money.

Well I cannot say I blame them for bad customer service, lines are usually packed and only two cashiers are in each store that I've been to.

Maybe it's just in Chicago, but the cashiers and managers have such bad attitudes that you hardly want to ask any questions.
