Basically all vegetables are wonderful for you. Some of them pack and extra punch, but basically if you are eating a veggie you are doing something right.

A rich source of iron, which if you’re a bit anemic can greatly improve how you feel, as well as being good for healthy hair. Spinach is also rich in folate and many flavonoids, which are full of anti-oxidants.
