Now that they have finished merging with so many companies the have reinstated and enforce their diversity plan. They are amongst the top company that recruits Blacks, Latinos, Asians, American Indian and women.

There is no surprise why I would put Johnson & Johnson as number one. They have a great track record of taking care of their employees as well as offering great products for all your household needs. Let’s not forget the fact that they are one of the first companies doing what is necessary to go green. They have hit many top 10 lists but the most prestigious is the Diversity list. They offer great benefits for employees (even same sex employees), and have a diversified set of board members. Again there is no surprise why Johnson and Johnson would make number 1 on this list.

With only 12 board members that consists of 2 Black, 1 Asian, 1 Latino and 3 women they stress diversity. Any manager having to deal with people and employees have to foster the idea “team work and inclusion for all employees” in order to receive a top performance evaluation.

Coca Cola has come a long way since having the largest racial lawsuit against them in history. It has taught them many things and now they are one of the largest companies of diversified employment. Their management teams consist of 31.8% Black, Latino, Asian, and American Indian. As well as having 47% female.

This Company takes their Diversity program very seriously. With 60.4% of their employees are Black, Asian, Latino, American Indian, as well as women. They contribute to numerous diversified charities.
