Crem Brulet
Crem Brulets are made with sweetened cream and is almost like a rich vanilla custard with a smoother texture and is lighter. The creation is baked in the oven then added to the fridge to condense. Once the creamy concoction is cooled before serving maple syrup or brown sugar is burnt on top of the dish usually with a mini hand held torch. The ending dish has a sweet crunchy top with an exquisite cream underneath. Honestly I could eat a hundred of these but that isn't recommended. Crem Brulets are a must to be at the top of this list. Thanks for the consideration.
