Michael Jordon won regular-season MVP five times. He won the Finals MVP six times. During the 1991 and 1992 seasons, he became the only player to win back-to-back regular season and Finals MVP awards. In 1993 Jordan became the first to win the Finals MVP three consecutive years. Need I say more?
