America’s best national parks

One the most important and diverse eco systems in North America. There is no other Everglades in the world. This park's scenic beauty whispers at you it does not scream at you like other National Parks through out the U.S. I mean its geological feautures are not stunningly beautifull or greatly impressive as other parks although there are certainly beautifull and very diverse landscapes within the park. But the diversity of wildlife and ecology is impressive, wildlife is abundant and varied through out the park. Where else can you see tons of alligators, different types of wading birds, deer and if you are lucky even a Florida Panther in the freshwater habitats, and in the salt water mangrove environment you can see dolphins, manatees and the endangered American Crocodile (only place in the world where the american alligator and American crocodile live side by side). There are many trails within the park but this is an environment ruled by water so canoeing is the best way to explore the wilderness.
