Most fish contains at least small amounts of mercury, a heavy metal that can have serious effects on human health. Use a safe fish oil, flax oil, borage oil instead, for your Omega oils.

Any radiation is harmful; they just don't want us to know it. It may not contain toxins, per se, but it can cause cancer and other terrible side effects.
