this voting must be a computer mistake. Spain is belonging to the top 10 in southern Europe among such countries like Greece, Portugal, Italy - all countries which are heavily indebted, who make big siestas while other peoples in Europe work and work and work and pay for their powerful friends in south Europe. In Spain even the soup is cold, although the climate is hot.
