Ron Popeil Pasta maker

Popeil is master of infomercials he is so goo at it that we often over look perma-grin , faint touch and hypocritical complacency is enough to make our skins crawl.

Annoying some how does not fit this character how do you describe someone who dresses up as a captain then pilots a tiny ship inside a toilet H mm I guess the right word should be gross.
